Meet the Artist

Meet the Artists  is a networking event organized by the Czech Dance Platform that creates a space for creators and professionals in the fields of contemporary dance and the performing arts to connect. It provides an opportunity for personal interaction with artists whose works are featured in the platform’s program, and offers a chance to learn more about their creative process, inspirations, and current projects.

During the meetings, artists have the opportunity to briefly present their work and open a discussion with the audience. The format is designed to support dialogue, sharing of experiences, and establishment of new contacts in an open and friendly atmosphere.

Meet the Artists is an ideal opportunity for international and local promoters, curators, dramaturgs, producers, and other professionals who wish to gain a better understanding of the Czech dance scene, form new collaborations, and learn more about the deeper context of the presented productions.
