ABOUT SHOW

A dance performance inspired by Womanhood

Choreography by Brazilian and Ukrainian dancers in collaboration with Bulgarian choreographer Yanitsa Atanasova and Czech musician Jana Kubánková

What a woman hold? is a dance performance and embodied exploration where movement becomes a language for expressing a woman’s inner world. Rooted in the platform Womanhood, it reveals what is often hidden — unspoken emotions, societal expectations, pressure, and the quiet strength within vulnerability.

Created by two choreographers — one from Brazil and one from Ukraine — the piece blends their cultural and physical perspectives to explore femininity through bodily poetry.

A key element of the performance is its journey-based form: it moves from one point of Prague to another, turning the walk itself into a narrative. The path through the city mirrors the emotional passage — not just a dance, but a shared crossing.
