In connection with the change of legislation, we would like to share information with you under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (General Privacy Policy or GDPR).
The data controller is Tanec Praha z.ú., with its registered office at Husitská 899/24A, 130 00 Prague 3, identification no.: 44 26 82 11 and websites divadloponec.cz, tanecniplatforma.cz, tanecpraha.cz and tanecpraha.org. As the personal data controller, we determine how, for what purpose and for how long personal data will be processed.
Tanec Praha z.ú. collects and processes personal information that you provide to us voluntarily and free of charge. These are the usual personal data: basic identification data and contact details of our partners or clients, i.e. first name, surname, title, address, identification number, tax identification number, telephone number, e-mail.
Without client consent, we process personal data to meet legal obligations, engage in contractual negotiations and perform contracts, and by virtue of the legitimate interest of the data controller (marketing, sending messages). Personal data is processed in electronic form by means of computer technology. We process the data solely in the European Union.
Depending on the purpose, we process personal data for the duration of any contractual relationship (e.g. purchase of tickets) and for another 10 years after the last contractual relationship with Tanec Praha z.ú. If you provide us with your personal data and consent to process them without entering into a contractual relationship (e.g. for sending program information and offers), these personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to their processing.
The provision of personal data, just like the conclusion of contracts with Tanec Praha z.ú., is voluntarily. However, some data are necessary to meet legal obligations when entering into a contract for the supply of goods or services, and we cannot deliver the requested goods or services without certain information.
The data required for the above are: first name and surname; in the case of a natural person engaged in business, also his/her corporate name or other designation, registered office and, where applicable, delivery address for goods, telephone number, e-mail address.
We process the data you have provided to us in connection with the negotiation of a contract for the delivery of goods or services or when you ask us to send you our offers.
Personal data is under physical, electronic and procedural control. We have control, technical and security mechanisms to secure maximum protection of processed data against unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction, and other possible misuse.
All persons who come into contact with the personal data of their clients in the performance of their work or contractually assumed obligations are bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality.
Tanec Praha z.ú. hands over personal data to state authorities, if this obligation is set by law, and to the extent necessary to protect our rights.
Tanec Praha z.ú. may entrust the processing of data to a third party, a so-called processor. Processing is possible only based on a contract that obliges the processor to provide the same level of data protection as we provide. Thus, data may be handed over to suppliers providing us with services consisting of, for example, mail dispatching, sale and delivery of tickets and goods.
In accordance with applicable law, you can exercise your rights as data
subjects.
- you have the right to information, which we have complied with by this document;
- you have the right to access the personal data we process about you; you can make a request anytime and within 30 days we will show you what data we process about you, for what purpose, to what extent, for how long and who has access to it;
- you have the right to transfer the selected personal data directly to another controller and the right to request the addition or correction of personal data;
- you may request the deletion of your personal data (to be forgotten) if you no longer want us to process your personal data or to restrict their processing. Upon your request, we will delete all your personal data unless they are bound by any other law (e.g. receipts). We need a maximum of 30 days to secure the right of deletion. You can exercise these rights in person at the organization’s registered office, in writing by sending a letter to the organization’s registered office or by e-mail at office@tanecpraha.eu.
In cases where we process personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. If your data is processed based on a legitimate interest, you may object to such processing. We will evaluate each such objection and inform you of the outcome. We always comply with objections to data processing for marketing purposes.

These rules are applicable from 25 May 2018.
