CZECH DANCE PLATFORM AWARDS
The Czech Dance Platform’s International Jury has decided to award three creations that have elicited the strongest response while confirming the diversity of the Czech dance scene: Dis pla y by Jitka Čechová and Tereza Lenerová, Call Alice by Tereza Ondrová and Francesca Foscarini a Celestial Odyssey by Andrea Miltnerová, Monika Knoblochová and Jan Komárek
The award of Česká centra/Czech Centres goes to Lucia Kašiarová for an original performance in her piece Multividual.
The jury’s Special Mention goes to Monika Knoblochová, the harpsichordist in Celestial Odyssey. The Spectators’ Award then to Witness by Vera Ondrasikova & Kolektiv

The Dramaturgical Council had the difficult task of selecting only a limited number of works from more than 40 entries. They agreed on seven productions and a group of young critics selected three other works for the program.

Dramaturgical Council
- Jitka Pavlišová – Assistant professor at the Department of Theory and Criticism at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU) and the Department of Film Studies at palacký University in Olomouc, member of the dramaturgical team of dance & performative programs of the Divadelní Flora festival.
- Markéta Málková – Director and dramaturge of the Rezi.dance art residency house for live art in Komařice, South Bohemia.
- Marta Ljubková – Dramaturge, publicist, theatre and literary critic. At home and abroad, she lectures and writes on contemporary Czech prose and drama, and teaches at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU in Prague.
- Markéta Perroud – Umělecká spoluředitelka Tance Praha a umělecká ředitelka divadla PONEC (v Dramaturgické radě sdílí společný hlas s Yvonou Kreuzmannovou).
- Yvona Kreuzmannová – Director and founder of Tanec Praha, author of Dancehouse Prague project (one shared vote with Markéta Perroud).
- Nina Vangeli – Dance publicist, the senior editor of Dance Zone Magazine, pedagogue of the Duncan Center conservatory, senior jury member.
